Terms & Conditions

To ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for all guests, please read the following
terms and conditions carefully.

Pets & Smoking

• Pets are not allowed on the property.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards.
• Check-out time is by 11:00 AM.
• Guests are kindly requested to inform us in advance of their arrival time.
• The host personally welcomes guests upon arrival.

Cleaning & Linen

• No intermediate cleaning service is provided during the stay.
• A second set of towels and bed linen is provided.
• Additional towels or bed linen can be provided upon request if needed.

Payments & Cancellation Policy

• A 30% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm the reservation.
• Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
• For cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in, the deposit is non-refundable.
